1. What is Kuwait Artist Corner (KAC) App?

Kuwait Artist Corner (KAC) is an application/website focused on promotion & needs of the artists in Kuwait.​

This app allows artists to display & sell their paintings, sculpture & any other kinds of artwork using the application KAC.

       Also, the artists can get the required consumables & stationery such as paint brush,

       canvas, paints, etc. from the various vendors & suppliers registered on the app.

   2. How will the app help the artists get value for their work?

There are lot of talented people & local artists are not able to market their art pieces on a proper and effective platform. Also, these artists can’t get a fair price for their masterpieces. So, Kuwait artist corner will solve these problems by having bidding system, where the artist will have a reserve price for their work and later people can start quoting (bidding) prices as they like above the bid price. In this way, the artist will be able to get the best (highest bid) for their art work.

 

   3. What will be the charges for the artist in getting in artwork registered and

       displayed on the app?

There is no price for membership of app. Any artist can download the app, register and start displaying and selling their work. However, if any work is sold through the app, there will be commission @10% charged by the app from the artists whose work is sold.

 

   4. What kind of stationery and consumables are displayed and sold on the

        app?

The retailers or stores which specialize in all kinds of art work consumables and stationery including canvas, paints, brushes, sculpting equipment, etc. are registered on the app displaying their products. The artists or any users can order from them and get it delivered at their door step.

   5. What charges are applicable for vendors/suppliers of stationery & consumables

        registered on the app?

 Again, we don’t take any fees from the vendors. We take commission @5% on the 

 value of the sales of the consumables, stationery etc. which are sold using the app.
